I've had this recipe for years but I've tweeked it to my liking. It's a quick fix and tasty too-
2 cans (tuna in water) drained very well
10 saltined crushed- or you can use bread crumbs.
(I've even used Rice Krispies with great results)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients and make about 5 patties.
In hot oiled skillet fry till golden brown.
Great on bread with bean sprouts and lettuce or for breakfast with a bit of ketchup and eggs.
