Granny Squares

I love granny squares and found these 2 throws at the thrift store for $1.50 and 75 cents.  Decided to pull out my Macro and take some pics of them.  One of them has a Project Linus tag on it and it makes me wonder who made it and what was the circumstances to the little child that recieved it.
My favorite shot because it's so colorful!

    I was just on you tube refreshing myself on granny squares. I absolutely love them. My granny made me a quilt once out of them and I treasure it. Beautiful colors for sure.
